Since the library doesn't use any python3.7 specific features, add support for python3.6 as well?

Hi @creatorrr, Sorry for the late response, I'll add support for python 3.6 as well. I'm planning to shift this library to torch now to improve the model performance and also considering people might want GPU support in future.
